How long do I have to redeem my rewards?

Rewards expire within 90 days. You may pick up your rewards at Caruso Concierge before the 90-day expiration, on or before December 1, 2020.

When is the last day I can earn a $25 rewards gift card?

The last day to submit receipts and earn a reward is September 2, 2020.

Will my rewards go away?

Any rewards not redeemed within 90 days from the date earned will expire, on or before December 1, 2020.

Will I still be able to use my $25 gift cards after the program ends?

Yes, participating tenants at The Grove and The Americana at Brand will continue to accept Caruso Rewards gift cards.

Where can I use my Rewards gift cards?

Our Caruso Rewards gift card is redeemable at all stores and restaurants at The Grove and The Americana at Brand.* American Express gift cards cannot be purchased with your Caruso Rewards gift card.

How do I earn points?

With Caruso Rewards, you will earn one point for every dollar you spend at The Grove and The Americana at Brand at all stores and restaurants (excluding tip) through September 2, 2020.* Gift card purchases, including property tenant gift cards and The Grove/The Americana at Brand American Express Gift Cards are not eligible for Caruso Rewards points.

What rewards will I earn with my points?

As a member, you will receive perks such as complimentary parking and gift cards as well as special offers.

My points are not showing up in my account. What should I do?

Please email your name, account number and an image of the receipt to Rewards@Caruso.com for assistance.

How can I track and redeem my points?

You can track your points on the Caruso mobile app, online at TheGroveLA.com or AmericanaAtBrand.com or by speaking with Caruso Concierge at either location. You will be notified by email when you have earned a reward.

How many points do I need to earn rewards?

For every 2,500 points you earn, you will receive a $25 gift card.

When do my points expire?

You will have 90 days from the date earned to redeem your reward at Caruso Concierge before it expires. All points will expire December 1, 2020. Caruso reserves the right to change or modify the point structure of Caruso Rewards at any time.

What happens to my account when the program ends?

Your points will expire on December 1, 2020 and your account will close.

When does my yearly parking reward expire?

Active parking privileges will be available for the duration of the privilege, based on the month and date earned.

Can I still get free parking for spending $250?

Yes. Please visit our Concierge Desk for your same-day self-parking validation with purchases of $250 or more.

How do the parking rewards work?

Any guest who spends $250 or more in one day will be rewarded with a same-day self-parking validation. Please visit Caruso Concierge to redeem.

How and when do I submit my receipts for my points?

All receipts must be submitted by September 2, 2020. There are four ways you can submit them:

  1. Via the Caruso mobile app. Simply scan each receipt for automatic processing; one scan per receipt. Note: it may take up to 48 hours for your points to post to your account. You can download the Caruso app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play store for Android.
  2. Email copies of your receipts to Points@CarusoRewards.com. Please use one receipt per PDF or JPG.
  3. Text copies of your receipts. Take a photo and text it to 811811 with the message POINTS. Caruso Rewards is not responsible for texting charges.
  4. Upload PDFs of each receipt at The Grove or The Americana at Brand websites. Simply log into your Caruso Rewards account, click on “Submit New Receipt” and follow the directions. Remember to save your receipts!

I was unsuccessful scanning in a receipt. What should I do?

If you receive an error message, email copies of your receipts to Points@CarusoRewards.com. Please use one receipt per PDF or JPEG.

How can I use the Caruso App?

You can use the Caruso app to scan receipts, check point balances, see when you qualify for rewards such as complimentary parking and gift cards, access your earned parking rewards and more.

I can no longer access the Caruso App

How do I access my parking barcode?

Log into your account through carusoparking.com to access your barcode. You can download the barcode into your digital wallet. You may also visit Caruso Concierge for applicable validation.

How do I download the Caruso App?

You can download the Caruso app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play store for Android.

How can I reset my password?

Go to the login screen and click the Forgot Password link. Type in the email address for your account and password reset instructions will be emailed to that address. When choosing a new password, please make sure it is at least six characters in length and includes at least one lowercase letter (a-z) and one digit (0-9)
